5 person team dressed in themed costumes, a homemade, non-motored, wheeled bed-like device, one person rides, but all members must have contact with the vehicle, helment/pads recommended, no bare feet, check in 30 minutes prior, go half way down street, Chinese fire drill, no cash awards although the use of "King of the Road" movie title can be retained until further notice, all ages, if under 12 years must have adult over 18 years on team, water balloons are recommended.

Some turtles and minnows will be provided. Turtles are a protected species and it is unlawful to capture "Blandings" or "False Map" turtles. It is also unlawful to release turtles more than 100 yards from where they were captured. No turtles are harmed as part of this event. Turtles must be released directly following this event. Please follow all state regulations when gathering or releasing turtles.
