Pleasanton is a small town nestled along the South Loup River in south central Nebraska. It is a small thriving community with great work ethic and a great place to raise a family. The town is located 20 miles north of Kearney. Kearney offers all the amenties of your larger towns and many job opportunities.

Pleasanton has businesses that will easily support your day to day needs. They also have the great volunteer base that is needed to keep a small town thriving including a large Fire and EMT department, Pre-K through 12 grade school system, 2 parks, ball fields, 4 churches, multiple daycares, and much more.

      VILLAGE CLEAN UP DAYS (April 25 - May 5)...

• This year the Village clean up will run from April 25th through May 5th. For your convenience, the Village will have Ravenna Sanitation put a roll off dumpster by the Maintenance building for your use. Ravenna Sanitation will accept old furniture, mattresses, and other trash items. (Old paint has to be dry.)......

      DOG LICENSING

Please get your dog licensed with the Village Clerk by May 1st. YOU MUST RE-LICENSE YOUR DOG EVERY YEAR!..........
